Terms of Service
Effective Date: November 3, 2026 · TravelGPT Technologies Inc.
1. Role as Travel Intermediary & Concierge Marketplace
TravelGPT operates an AI-assisted travel search engine, human-moderated deal board, Concierge Ticketing Desk, and verified travel agency marketplace. TravelGPT does not own, operate, or control airlines, hotels, cruise lines, car rental fleets, or tour operators ("Travel Suppliers").
When you book through TravelGPT, your travel contract is fulfilled either by a team-verified partner travel agency or by the TravelGPT Concierge Desk acting as booking agent with the underlying Travel Supplier, subject to that supplier's conditions of carriage, tariff, and property rules.
2. Passenger Manifest Accuracy & Travel Documents
- You must enter each traveller's full legal first and last name, date of birth, and (for flights and cruises) passport or government ID details exactly as shown on official travel identification.
- Airlines and suppliers frequently treat post-issuance name corrections as non-refundable or fee-bearing changes. You are solely responsible for verifying passport validity (typically 6+ months beyond return date), visas, and entry requirements.
3. Manual Pre-Authorization Hold & Ticketing Confirmation
When you submit checkout by card via Stripe, TravelGPT places a temporary manual-capture pre-authorization hold on your payment method (and reserves any selected Travel Wallet credits). Your card is captured only when a verified supplier Confirmation Reference / PNR is issued.
Published Market fares reflect live prices verified by our human review team, not held airline seat blocks. If supplier availability or pricing moves prior to PNR issuance, our Concierge Desk voids your card pre-authorization hold with $0 processor fee and restores 100% of any reserved Travel Wallet credits.
4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
Your right to cancel or modify a reservation depends on whether tickets/vouchers have been issued:
- Before PNR Issuance (
CONFIRMEDHold): You may cancel directly in your Cabinet for an immediate, automatic pre-authorization release ($0 charge) and full Travel Wallet credit return. - After PNR Issuance (
PROVIDER_CONFIRMED): Airline tickets, hotel reservations, and supplier vouchers are governed by the applicable supplier fare rules. Cancellation or change requests must be submitted from your Cabinet to our Concierge Desk; eligible refunds (full or partial, net of supplier penalties) are processed per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Travel Wallet, Promotional Credits & Affiliate Program
- Money-Backed Credits: Wallet top-ups, booking refunds, matured affiliate commissions, and verified raffle prizes carry no promotional percentage cap and may cover up to 100% of a booking.
- Promotional Credits: Welcome credits ($25 signup bonus, valid 12 months), Growth Point conversions (unlocked after your first confirmed booking), and promotional grants are non-cash, non-transferable, capped at up to 50% of net booking price and $200 per calendar month, require a $25.00 minimum card payment when split-tendered, and are subject to TravelGPT's per-fare Zero-Loss Margin Cap.
- Affiliate Commissions: Earned solely as Travel Wallet credits (3%–7% tier ladder) on completed referred bookings after a 14-day dispute/chargeback hold. Cash payouts are not offered.
6. Memberships & Billing
Optional monthly memberships (Premium and VIP) are billed via Stripe and renew monthly until cancelled in your Cabinet. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the active billing period.
7. Limitation of Liability & Contact
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TravelGPT is not liable for schedule changes, flight delays, overbooking, force majeure, or acts/omissions of third-party Travel Suppliers, and TravelGPT's aggregate liability in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to TravelGPT for that booking.
